Jackie worked for VoicePerfectSystems in Adelaide as Sales/Office Manager and a Trainer, and whilst in the UK from 2001-2009 was retained as a consultant for Hands-Free Computing, BigHand, Winscribe Europe Ltd, and TextHelp Systems Ltd. She has trained corporate clients and clients requiring training in Assistive Technology in a range of Australian companies and, in the UK, Government bodies and organisations including:

- Numerous Legal Practices throughout the UK
- Ofsted Education Services
